Methodology Survey delivered to all 451 DMS employees in discrete work environments –Survey composed of 13 questions –228 were ed –223 were mailed via U.S. Mail (for employees without access)
Methodology (continued) Response –61% for ed surveys (139 out of 228) –60% for mailed surveys (133 out of 223)

Recommendations Use for sending company communications. –Provide mobile employees with company cell phones with access. Send urgent messages via voic . Company needs to develop a company intranet site. An additional survey should be done after the above recommendations have been completed.
