Uses Office of Sponsored Programs uses BearSpace for document workflow. The Lariat (student newspaper) uses BearSpace to transfer files to the printer Digital Media Studio uses BearSpace for customer to drop project files Faculty uses –share research data with colleagues off campus –transfer presentation from desktop to classroom and home Student’s uses –Storing files to move around –Sharing documents off campus

Where we are going next Plan to use for faculty and student web pages – starting fall 2007 Student Organization – keep of record of files from year to year

What we would love to see Make searching for shared directories within the system easier –Maybe automatic bookmarks for shares Searching for users in general system needs to be easier Web Folders in FireFox Looking forward to new interface
