Gathered Feedback  Focus Groups at EDTECH, NCLA, UNC Cause and feedback from Portal Oversight Committee  “What service should UNC provide through the PDP?”  “Why would users come to the Portal over other sources?” What we heard  Strength is “By UNC, for UNC”  Connect with UNC colleagues and resources  Push information to us “My email inbox is my Portal of choice.”  Integrate asynchronous communication tools  Concerns about how to encourage submissions

Index and abstract each resource Title, Campus, Organization Topic, Subtopic, Type (Workshop, Tutorial, Resource) URL, Date reviewed 4. Permissions
