Can You Recommend Your Religion In The Light Of The Scriptures?  If something is approved by God, it can surely be proved by the word of God!  If something is approved by God, it can surely be proved by the word of God! We are told to “prove all things, and hold fast to that which is good” (I Thess. 5:21).  Recommending the doctrine… Another caution: “Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God.
