What we want to eat for breakfast

 Diary product like milk, yoghurt and cheese are important to eat because they contain calcium which strengthens your bones and teeth.  Fruit contains fructose. Fructose gives you good energy throughout the day and keeps your mind focused.  Ham, meat and eggs contain proteins and build muscle mass.  Fibers are important to eat because they stimulate the intestines and are good for the digestive. Why should you eat a healthy breakfast?

The food circle

 About 120 students helped us with our survey about healthy breakfast  One big problem was that the students answer were difficult to understand, we don’t know if they were serious or not. Difficulties with the survey

 No breakfast: 11 people  Don’t eat breakfast because they don’t have time: 7 people  Don’t eat breakfast because they have no appetite: 15 people How many eat breakfast

 All most all students sleep 7-8 hours  A small amount of the students sleep 9 hours and some 6 hours How many hours do you sleep
