Morehead City Harbor FY08 Work Inner Harbor Estimated Quantity: 400,000 CY Depth: 35’+2’ and 45’+2’ Bucket and barge to ODMDS Distance: approximately 7 miles Ocean Bar Estimated Quantity: 800,000 CY Depth: 45’+2’ Hopper to near shore for suitable Hopper to ODMDS for unsuitable Environmental window: : 1/1 – 3/31 Solicitation date: 10/26/2007 Approximate start date: 1/23/2008

Beaufort to Cape Fear– FY07- Topsail Inlet Crossing Maintenance Dredging. FY08- Maintenance Dredging of 1 to 3 shoaled areas. Cape Fear to Little River– FY08/FY09 – No Funding Norfolk, VA to Jacksonville, FL – Kick Off Meeting for Regional DMMP (Week of October 15th). Work to be completed with FY08 funds.

Type of Material: Silt & Sand Disposal Area: Upland Type of Equipment: Pipeline Last Dredged: 1999 Environmental Window: Oct 1 – March 31 (Shrimp, Fisheries) **Far Creek is located approximately 30 miles from the Manteo (Shallowbag) Bay Project.

Manteo (Shallowbag) Bay, NC Dredge Material Management Plan Will look at disposal needs and alternatives for Manteo (Shallowbag) Bay over the next 20 years for the entire Project (Interior Channels, Spit Channel, and Ocean Bar Channel). Will factor environmental considerations into decision process Disposal plan will be chosen based on federal standard of least cost alternative, consistent with sound engineering practices, and environmentally sustainable Will look at current disposal options and future needs, while coordinating this process with both resource agencies and local stakeholders. Final report expected in late 2009
