Increasing Membership Set Goals (15 in 2015 / 2-5% growth is ideal) Use Back-to-School Enthusiasm First-time parents (K, new to school) Utilize last year’s PTA list to send out renewal appeal Create year-round marketing campaign & theme Inform members with “Brought to you by PTA” signage Offer incentives and special members-only benefits Set up a table at all school & PTA events
