WW1 #2: Taking Sides 1.What are the M.A.I.N. causes of WW1? 2.Whose death triggered the beginning of the war?

When the Archduke is killed by the Serbian group, the Black Hand… Austria-Hungary gives Serbia a list of demands Serbia does most of them (they’re scared!) BUT, A-H declares war anyway!

The Alliance System Begins Serbia’s ally Russia begins to move troops to help (but does NOT declare war) Germany promises to support A-H Germany then declares war on Russia Russia asks France for help Before France can respond, Germany declares war on France Which country started it?
