Diet What happens if you don’t get enough of nutrients? You could alter your growth and development which will affect you for the rest of your life. The bones you grow and develop now will be the ones that will support you when you are 80. What is nutrients? Nutrients is essential substances that your body needs in to order to grow and stay healthy. why do we need nutrients? Nutrients are very important as they help in keeping the body and mind in a healthy state. They also provide the necessary energy that is required by the body for it to function well.
