concussions and passing out By Geno Lynch

The cause of concussions Many people think that concussions are all from a force hitting you in the head but that is not always the factor it can be that a lot but there are different kind of ways to get a concussion like think of your brain as a person in a jail cell on a ship now your skull is the metal cage now the ship is thrown violently which one is going to move the person or the cell just like your brain will smack into your skull causing serious brain trauma.

How to prevent Concussion I would suggest in sports like football you should build your neck with various exercise to strengthen your neck because like the old saying the father is the head of the family but the mother is the neck if the neck doesn’t move the head doesn’t either and also keep your head up literally.

Some of the symptoms The symptoms of concussions can vary some you can notice such as Dizziness, forgetting things, not walking straight, trouble to see very far ahead of them, slurred speech, a constant headache that wont go away, and sometimes on rare occasions knock outs now you shouldn’t confuse them between getting chocked out and getting knocked out they are much different but passing out rarely ever happens only on sever occasions will you have to rush him or her to the hospital

The difference between the two I would say that the real difference is that in a concussion you have real brain injury and passing out not so much there is really not much difference besides passing out by a force would be would probably be a much lighter force and sometimes pressure which I will explain in a moment but I know you might say but Geno you just said you could pass out during a concussion well yes but its very rare

What is passing out There is very many ways of passing out I will explain one is passing out of heat exhaustion kind of like your brain and body over heats another way is an acess amount of pain. Or not enough oxygen to the brain like someone putting a choke on someone eventually they have no oxygen so the brain cant move so you pass out this is probably the safest way to pass out.

Fun facts Football is the sport with the most amount of concussions in all pro, and amateur. Getting a concussion and getting “Your bell rung are not the same” trust me I know. Exercises for your neck towel dumbbell raises. Static holds.
