You can log into the site in two places
Did you forget your password? If so, click here. You will get an with a link to re-set your password.
Don’t remember your Username or Password? the POA here and they will send new ones.
Enter your Username and password and click “sign-in”
This is your Profile page. Click BIO. Click the edit buttons to make changes to your , phone and more.
Change your Username and/or Password to something easier to remember. Don’t forget to write them down!
Personalize your profile page. Add your favorite sports team, your home town, and more. Scroll to the bottom and save your changes.
Add your photo to your profile
Click the person logo when you have chosen a photo that you like from your own computer pictures.
Once you know which picture you want, click Choose file and go to the file location on your computer.
Which photo do you like best? Click and choose.
Congrats, you have a profile picture!
Where is the Directory?
Click the Home button to look at the directory in Alphabetical order (Resident Contact Listing) or to do an Advanced Directory Search to find another residents’ contact information
The Resident Contact listing is in alphabetical order and is updated periodically by the POA office. Last check, our directory was 84 pages long!
Under the Home button, if you had clicked Advanced Search, this is the page you would be directed to. Here you can search for residents in many ways.
Planning a dinner for all your neighbors on Beaver Creek? Just add Beaver Creek to the line for Street Name, click continue at the bottom and the search will begin.

Add Us to Your Safe Senders List Help ensure that your St. James POA web communications s are always delivered to your inbox. Log in to your now and follow the steps below to add us to your address book, contacts or “Safe Senders” list. Select your service below. Gmail Please add our "from" address (for example: ) to your Gmail contacts To add us to your contact list: 1. Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page. 2. Click "Add Contact". 3. Copy and paste our "From" address, into the primary address dialog 4. Click "Save". Junk/Spam Folder Check: How to check if our and/or and/or newsletter is in the "Spam" folder: 1. Click “Spam” along the left side of any Gmail page. 2. If you see any POA s listed among the messages in this folder, check the box next to our Click the “Not Spam” button along the top.
