Winter 2014 – Granted CAS Winter Tutoring Coverage 100 hours per week X 4 weeks X $11.07 per hour = $4,428 This would provide us with: 60 hours of math tutoring (12 math tutors at 5 hours each) 20 hours of English tutoring (4 English tutors at 5 hours each) 20 hours of “Gatekeeper” tutoring (4 other subjects would each get 1 tutor at 5 hours a week).

Winter/Summer Request Time periods: January 5, 2015 – February 8, 2015 (4 weeks) June 15, 2015 – June 30, 2015 (2 weeks) Total Amount Requested: $14,373 Math Specialist –.5 FTE for 6 weeks ($4,671) English Specialist – 5 hours per week for 6 weeks ($2,250) Tutors – 100 hours per week for 6 weeks ($7,452)
