Bahrain Polytechnic Vision Statement Stated that the students that will graduate from Bahrain Polytechnic will have a high quality of education and experience to lead the industrial section in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Autocratic Only the leader controls all of the decisions. Little input from the group. The leader does not take any advice from the followers. It should be used when urgent decisions should be taken.

Example of autocratic leader

Bureaucratic The judgments are based according to the rules. Everything goes according to the book. Its usually used by police officers to implement the rules.

Example of Bureaucratic Exercise

Laissez-faire Less guidance from the leader. More freedom to the employees to do their roles in order to get the objective. It is usually used by marketing employees by giving them more freedom to advertise.

Example of Laissez Faire Style

Democratic The group members participate to make the decision. All group members have their votes to agree or disagree. It usually used when the voting procedure is allowed.

Conclusion To sum up, the great leader is the leader who is able to use different kinds of leadership styles depending on the situation that’s being faced.
