To HARNESS the various gifts and abilities and channel them towards the common goal. (v.16) D. To WIN games. (v.13b) Ephesians 4:11-16

 A COACH’S DREAM :  Ministry Leadership Training A. To MOBILIZE a team of people who know the game inside and out. (v.14) B. To coach a team of people who have the TALENT or GIFTS needed to win. (v.16) C. To NURTURE a team of people who have the desire and discipline to complete and succeed on the highest level. (v.14) Ephesians 4:11-16
