Major Changes Business Rules established for Inputs, Tools & Techniques and Outputs (ITTO) Project Management plan is input for all processes that produce a subsidiary plan as output, eg. Scope Management Plan Documents specifically named when created as a primary output, eg. Major Changes Redefined terms to align with the DIKW (data, information, knowledge, wisdom) model used in the field of Knowledge Management Work Performance Data - The raw observations and measurements identified during activities being performed to carry out the project work – ex. percent of work completed, actual costs Work Performance Information - The performance data collected from various controlling processes, analyzed in context and integrated based on relationships across areas – ex. status of deliverables and forecasted estimates to complete.
