C. Institutional Strengthening: Institutional Strengthening Rescue and rehabilitation program for Children at Risk in collaboration with Nepal children's organization. 1) Extension and Support to Child welfare Home (Butwal, Birgung, Rajbiraj, Biratnagar) 2) District Women and Children Offices (60 District Excluding GEEOW Project districts) 3) Central Child Welfare Board (CCWB) and collaboration with partners like CWIN 4) Ministry of Women Children and Social Welfare to enhance capacity of the implementing unit
