UB Course Evaluation System: Administrators Question Mean Analysis Tool Allows the chair or dean to compare faculty in a unit to: -all other faculty at UB; -those in a particular decanal area; -those in a particular department. Provides the ability to drill down to see the names of faculty who are receiving ratings above or below average.

Research shows that students are most likely to complete evaluations when the importance of evaluations is discussed in class.
