Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe Founded in 1990 by EC, USA & Hungary International, not-for-profit organisation Charter signed by 28 Countries and EC Beneficiaries: 15 CEE Countries > Expansion to 18 (Turkey, Cyprus & Malta) 170 staff, 25 nationalities Head office in Szentendre, 15 country offices
