 Supplies energy to muscle cells  creatine improves strength, energy and muscle mass  found in natural foods like tuna, beef and salmon  Increases cell volumization Brings water into muscles

Creatine CAUSES BEFOREAFTER

 Dietary supplement  Maximizes body to produce more testosterone  Mix up of names  Not the same as steroids

 Vitamins and minerals make people's bodies work properly.  vitamins and minerals come from the foods you eat every day some foods contain more vitamins and minerals.

 Taking unnecessary supplements can upset the body's nutrient balance and may even interfere with the absorption of other nutrients.  For Example, supplements with extremely high calcium can interfere with the body's absorption of iron, zinc, and manganese.  Taking too much zinc can interfere with iron and copper absorption.  Excess of vitamins A, D, E, & K, can build up in the body's tissues and cause illness when they are taken in high amounts.

Vitamin B3 deficiency

Vitamin D deficiency

Vitamin K prevents blood clotting

Creatine can cause Kidney disease

Why steroids should not be used!
