Introduction –Do you know about the 3 R’s of saving the environment? Perhaps you don’t know what I am even talking about. Well, it stands for reuse, reduce and recycle. The environment is very important. If you are harmful to the environment it may harm you too.

What is Recycling? –Recycling? What is recycling? Well, what do you think it is? Recycling is when we use every day objects such as empty milk jugs, glass, food, paper, and cardboard. We can use all these objects to reuse. What we mean by that is we can recycle which will go to a recycling plant.

What they do is turn all the recyclables into new objects like paper. It helps save the environment too. If we didn’t recycle, garbage would be everywhere and there would be no shrubs or trees.

Good Effect Of Recycling –The effect of recycling is fantastic. If we can keep recycling it would be great. New trees can grow and plants can grow.The earth can be a greener place. This is why you recycle. You can recycle bottles, milk jugs,and glass. If we do this our planet will be a greener place.

What Happens If We Didn’t Recycle? –What if nobody recycled? The world would be filled with landfills of garbage. We could use these items to make it into something new. Wouldn’t it be a waste if you had a toy and it was still in good shape and throw it away? If we reused these items like give it to someone else it wouldn’t be a waste.

How recycling helps the environment –Having a clean environment is very important for animals and humans to live in. Could you imagine living somewhere there is garbage everywhere? No beautiful animals? No flowers or green grass? Well this could happen if we didn’t take care of the environment. But there are many things you can do to prevent this from happening.

For example, it is always great if you could replant some of the trees that people cut down for new buildings. Also instead of using a lot of electricity in your home you should use solar panels instead. Solar panels attract sun for a replacement for electricity.
