2. Recycling is very important to everybody, but why should you recycle?
There are a lot of things you can do to help. When you recycle you save energy. This energy can be used to power things such as, T.Vs, video games, computers, and more!

3. Recycling paper products saves the need to hurt forests, swamps, rivers, lakes and other natural places.
You can recycle by using the back of a sheet of paper when your done with the front.
You can also ask your teacher if your class can use smencils instead of regular colored pencils.

4. Another way you can recycle is by practicing the three R’s
Another way you can recycle is by practicing the three R’s. Reduce, reuse, and recycle. You can practice the three R’s at home, at school, and in your neighborhood.
You can RECYCLE by recycling paper you don’t need or you are done with.
You can REDUCE by purchasing items with little or no packing.
You can REUSE by using a thermos instead of using a plastic water bottle.

Make sure you throw your paper away in the recycle bin in your classroom and not in the garbage can

6. Recycle juice boxes
If you have a juice box in school or at home bring them into school and recycle them in the juice box container by the office

7. There are a lot of fun things you can make from recycled materials

8. Recycling helps the earth so remember to recycle everyday!!
