How to do a country launch of WBCi Tool?

The Need WBCi launch is IBFAN Asia’s deliverable under the World Bank project (SAFANSI) with the following objectives : To create awareness about the WBCi tool as a milestone tool to budget the strategies for implementing GSIYCF To reach and assist national program managers ,partners , government, donors,policy makers for financial planning of IYCF policy and programes To attract public attention for future advocacy
