2 Project goals Build flexibility in information delivery Develop consistent corporate branding and navigation across the enterprise Minimize and distribute the maintenance of corporate information Offer single sign-on access to multiple resources Establish design and development guidelines and standards Create a managed content environment Avoid information overflow — filtering and personalization Minimize the need for training by making the site more intuitive Design using web content accessibility guidelines, if possible
