Please include your implementation strategy over a 3-5 year time frame.  How will faculty be engaged, across campus, to assure a comprehensive and well-orchestrated initiative; including possible incentives for faculty involvement.  How will you measure your success; including program outcomes and individuals responsible for program assessment as well as possible ways of sharing your experience with others in the field.  What is your sustainable financial plan; including financial support, leverage of Kauffman support and opportunities to secure “new” sources for funding. Please include a three to five year (proposed) budget.
