H BMI showed greater magnitude of association with the biomarkers H A modest level of physical activity was significantly associated with more favorable biomarker profiles, even in overweight or obese individuals. H The most favorable inflammatory and lipid levels were found in women who had at least moderate physical activity levels and were normal weight.
