cme 9 Different configurations of Reform committees  Reform committees are dominated by professional organisations established in the Swiss German-speaking region of Switzerland  Professional organisations on the reform committee represent the interests of several occupations  Professional organisations run on a volunteer basis.  Cantonal representatives play multiple roles  The representatives of the main vocational schools and professionals are present on the reform committee

cme 10 What impact does integration or lack of integration of the various interests have on the drafting of new training plans and their implementation?

cme 11 Context for a participative approach to governance. An example: the VET programme in dance The creation of a new VET programme forces the project initiators to convince professionals in the field to become involved and this necessity leads to the creation of a participative structure.
