Initial Planning A game director was appointed The specific role of leads and PM’s should be outlined. Project structure divided Knowing pipeline for each team Work should be done on a specific day

Communication Good meeting structure Areas of responsibilities PM’s could have been better in sharing the planning documents New software should always be explained thoroughly before implementation

Motivation 7,5 ECTS = 9,25 hours a week Exam form is individual and not in groups The game designers were bound by serious games, limiting possibilities within the game Not working as one big team, but in several small teams
