California Common Core Standards Initiative College & Career Readiness 48 states and 2 territories, led by the National Governors Association and the Council of Chief State School Officers, have signed on to the Common Core Initiative ACT College and Career Readiness Standards align with the Common Core

Benefits of Statewide Effective and proven tool in support of initiatives designed to: Promote postsecondary access for all students Increase college readiness for all students through early intervention Decrease the need for remediation/ developmental coursework in college
