Set up a meeting with your advisor Discuss possible dates and locations Schedule the space you need TSC Scheduling – Suzann Miller Any Classrooms on Campus – Fieldhouse/Green Space - JP Parish Facilities – Justin Williams *For most of the big events we’ve already scheduled your space but always confirm with your advisor. The TSC calendar is already very full for the entire year so PLAN VERY FAR IN ADVANCE!!!
