The TSC calendar is already very full for the entire year so PLAN VERY FAR IN ADVANCE!!!

All events must have a Pre-Event planning guide turned in 2 weeks prior to the event There is no outside food allowed other than the 3 rd floor Coke-only campus, includes water and energy drinks For large/complicated events attend Wednesday scheduling meetings the week before- 4:00 Fireplace Room
