6/12/ University of Utah Health Sciences Center  MBM runs a monthly report of all of the new hire full-time track faculty members  We request the new hire faculty CV’s and enter in the historical data  Once CV entry is complete, we will meet with the faculty member to show them the CV system and transition responsibility _____________________________________________________________  Early Entry Process: MBM can enter a CV into the system (and get it in the correct format) prior to the appointment  Located on the MBM homepage is the form necessary to start the early entry process New Hire Faculty/ Early Entry Process
