Marine Corps Short Narratives  USMC PRIVATE MOTOR VEHICLE FATALITIES (con’t) 10 May 2015: (Camp Pendleton, CA) E-3 died in a motor vehicle mishap. 30 Apr 2015: (Beaufort, SC) E-3 died in a multi-vehicle motorcycle mishap. 10 Apr 2015: (Jacksonville, NC) E-3 died in a single-vehicle mishap after striking an embankment, rolling over and hitting a building. 28 Mar 2015: (Faison, NC) E-4 died on 29 Mar 2015 from injuries sustained in a multi-vehicle mishap. 27 Mar 2015: (Fallbrook, CA) E-4 died in a motorcycle mishap when he lost control and struck a semi-trailer. 21 Mar 2015: (San Diego, CA) E-6 died in a motorcycle mishap. 11 Mar 2015: (Imperial County, CA) E-5 died in a single-vehicle roll-over accident. 11 Mar 2015: (Richland, NC) E-6 pronounced dead at the scene following a vehicle mishap. 28 Feb 2015: (Lebanon, MO) E-3 passenger died in a multi-vehicle mishap. 25 Jan 2015: (Jacksonville, NC) E-3 died in a single-vehicle motorcycle mishap when he hit a curb and was ejected. 02 Jan 2015: (Springville, PA) E-6 died in a multi-vehicle mishap when his vehicle caught fire and exploded. 01 Jan 2015: (Whittier, CA) E-2 died in a multi-vehicle, head-on collision. 28 Dec 2014: (San Diego, CA) E-4 struck a parked vehicle and was ejected from his motorcycle and fatally struck by a SUV. 20 Dec 2014: (San Marcos, CA) E-4 died after striking pole on motorcycle. 13 Dec 2014: (29 Palms, CA) E-5 killed in vehicle rollover event. 07 Nov 2014: (Temecula, CA) E-4 died in a motorcycle mishap while lane splitting in slow traffic. 24 Oct 2014: (Jacksonville, NC) E-4 was struck and killed while walking on roadway. 21 Oct 2014: (Arvada, CO) E-5 and civilian passenger were killed in a single-vehicle mishap. 11 Oct 2014: (Yerington, NV) E-3 driver died in a single-vehicle mishap. E-2 passenger was airlifted to a medical facility. 05 Oct 2014: (Riverside, CA) E-3 died in a motorcycle mishap.  USMC OFF-DUTY/RECREATIONAL FATALITIES No mishap this FY.
