Joint statement of the skills training requirements for research students Developed in 2001 by the UK Research Councils in conjunction with the UK GRAD Programme and the HE sector Framework adopted in 2004 by the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) for the assurance of academic quality and standards in higher education, Section 1: Postgraduate research programmes Used to map provision of training courses against the Roberts’ recommendations Listed in Hull’s Postgraduate Training Scheme manual
