How to Counter Stress An Unstressful Guide to Stress

The Dangers of Stress Stress can lead to chronic health problems as in sweating a bunch, doing homework, and getting bad grades. All of which may hurt your reputation leading to more chronic health problems as in having no friends, being laughed at and lunch money being stolen.

How to Prevent Stress One way to prevent stress is to not go to school, your parents might drop you off at the front door but it doesn't mean you can't run away when they leave and hide in a bush for six hours. After your parents catch on then you can run away during recess or ask to go to the bathroom then run out the front door.

Causes of Stress As shown in this handy picture. Stress is cause by calendars telephones and envelopes. So be careful when handling these items or you might be stress' latest victim!

Signs of Stress You know you are under stress when your friend blows up next to you, you have symptoms of stress (shown before) and when you go to the bathroom fewer then two times a day.

How Many People Have Stress? As you know being under stress is bad for your health. So you should avoid it and people who have it, because they might give it to you. Look at this graph and see how many people have stress in your state.
