Technical Design Reports Reviewing Procedure Letter from the FAIR research director Zbigniew Majka: Dear Tom. At the FAIR JCT Research Coordination Meeting we suggested to the FAIR STI that: " There are 3 deadlines per year to hand in TDRs: April 30, August 31 and December 31." This was approved by the STI. There are two possible procedures of the TDR evaluation. The RCG will organize the Referee Group Meeting with TDR authors (if necessary) or will ask referees for written reports only and I will prepare summary report for the STI Meeting approval. In summary. If you send to me the TDR before the December 31 the evaluation should be completed within maximum four months. Best regards, Zbigniew
