Why you Conjugate Verbs Verb agrees with the person doing the action It also has to agree according to the tense you are speaking in. (present, future, past) Je jouer au football americain = un-conjugated Je joue au football americain = conjugated

-ER Verbs TAKE OFF THE ER OF THE VERB THEN ADD ENDING JE = E TU = ES IL/ELLE = E NOUS = ONS VOUS = EZ ILS/ELLES = ENT IN THE PAST TAKE OFF THE R AND ACCENT THE É EX: JE JOUE AU FOOTBALL AMERICAIN POUR HARRISON. I PLAY FOOTBALL FOR HARRISON.

Why you use Adverbs First adverbs are used to describe a verb It can also modify an adjective Nous jouons rarement au basket = we rarely play basketball

Adverbs of Frequency Souvent = Often D’habitude = Usually Quelquefois = Sometimes Rarement = Rarely De temps en temps = From time to time Ne...Jamais = Never Tous les Jours = Everyday

Faire Faire = to do, to make Faire is used with a lot of activities that you DO. Faire de la Gymnastique(Un-Conjugated) Je fais de la Gymnastique(Conjugated) I do Gymnastics

Faire FAIRE IS A IRREGULAR VERB AND DOES NOT FOLLOW THE REGULAR PATTERN. Present: Je Fais Tu Fais il/elle Fait nous Faisons vous Faites ils/elles Font
