Offshore Medical Response Team 1 Coordinating Emergency Physician 1 Emergency Physician 4 Emergency Medical Technician protective clothing with life vest equipment Der Aufbau der Verletztenversorgungsteams ist an den Aufbau der entsprechenden Teams der Deutschen Marine angelehnt. Die Feuerwehren und Ärzte, die diese Aufgabe wahrnehmen haben sich auf eine einheitliche Ausrüstung geeinigt, die in Rücksäcken verlastet wird und in allen Standorten gleich aufgebaut ist. Grundsätzlich soll sich die Ausrüstung und das Material mit dem anderer Einheiten und Organisationen modular ergänzen. So entsprechen die Rucksäcke denen der DGzRS. Die Teams werden als Bestandteil ihrer Ausstattung Automatische Defibrillatoren (AED) haben, da für eine erweitere Anwendungsbreite, gerade in diagnostischer Hinsicht die halbautomatischen Defibrillatoren der DGzRS, sowie die Defibrillatoren der SUBSe zur Verfügung stehen. Für die funktionale Schutzausrüstung gelten die selben Aussagen, wie für die Brandbekämpfungseinheiten. Die Funktion des leitenden Notarztes wird pro Standort auch dann nur einmal besetzt, wenn aus diesem Standort mehrere Verletztenversorgungsteams gestellt werden.
