Draft Project Plan

1.Taking each of the four operational elements of the programme given in table 1. in turn, please advise on any pros and cons associated with each Table 1. Draft Bidding Criteria and Proforma (1 of 4) 1.Name of Project( the name and title of the project ) 2.Description of Project ( brief description of project) 3.Name(s) of Local Authority(s) [LAs] ( list of all the local authorities involved in the project ) – A letter of agreement signed and dated by each participating Private Sector Housing Manager should be attached. 4.Lead Authority( name of the local authority leading the project ) 5.Project Manager/ Lead Contact ( name, telephone number, e mail address please ) 6.Partners( list all partners involved in the delivery of the project eg energy suppliers, home improvement agencies etc ) 7.Financial Information (amount of Regional Housing Pot Grant that is being bid for) (expenditure plan) 8.Area( the local authority areas or part of local authority areas eg individual wards which will benefit from the project )
