2 Webinar Overview Webinar will last approximately 3 hours. Webinar is being recorded – the recording will be posted online and used as a resource to help with ICM implementation. This webinar is designed to be interactive –There will be an opportunity to ask questions following each presentation, and again at the end of the webinar. –We will also solicit input from the audience to help us all understand the state of the practice across the country in this area. We may not be able to respond to all questions within the timeframe, but will get back to you following the webinar if your question was unanswered.
