November 30, Environmental Reclamation Permit – Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Permit allows for construction of the DUSEL Following closure of Henderson mining operations, site would be considered by the division to be a non-mining industrial site. Water Permits – Colorado Water Quality Control Division Permits in place for anticipated life-of-mine water quality Changes in contaminants caused by DUSEL would be handled through permit modification Air Permits – Colorado Air Pollution Control Division Permits are in place for DUSEL development Changes in contaminants caused by DUSEL would be handled through permit modification Permits are transferable in post-mine setting Other Permits and licenses – Various agencies May be adjusted as necessary to acknowledge nature and scope of DUSEL operations
