9 TRADE TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY COMMITTEE Responsibility of Department Head to designate a recorder and must ensure that minutes are recorded at every meeting using the simplified standardized template that is available electronically in their trade folder labeled T.T.A.C. Document will be “saved as” TTAC – Trade - School - Date example: TTAC - Carpentry - Grasso *Remember it’s a TEMPLATE and must be saved back into your trade folder as a DOCUMENT titled TTAC – Trade – School - Date Trade Advisory Minutes are to be ed only to the Principal who will review and place the final version of all their trade/technologies minutes) in their school’s folder on the “V” drive.
