Canada is one of the world’s most economically advanced countries Because of many natural resources and a hardworking labor force, the U.S. has the world’s most productive economy.

1700’s Farming was common. People grew food for themselves, or they sold crops like cotton. 1800’s Americans began working at factories. Manufacturing and producing goods. 1900’s-Today Service industries are the largest part of the economy. People enjoy using industries that provide services like entertainment and restaurants.
