 APA Office of Teaching Resources in Psychology (OTRP). ◦ OTRP develops and distributes instructional materials and provides services to psychology instructors ( ) ◦ Variety of teaching resources in psychology, including  resources for incorporating international content into existing courses  resources for developing courses on international psychology (e.g., syllabi, annotated bibliographies, videos),  textbooks in introductory psychology, social psychology, and life-span development evaluated for international content

 British resources ◦ PsychExchange.co.uk ((Jamie Davies and Mark Holah) ◦ ◦ Psychology teachers share resources with each other:  Many generous teachers who are willing to share their handouts, Powerpoints, quizzes, videos and other resources.

 Both resources are excellent and valuable  However, they are more interested ◦ in providing the resources for national needs and for English speaking instructors  Discipline-specific associations and institutions developing their own resources, such as Social Psychology Network, etc., see more on InterTOP  InterTOP serves a networking function

 Growing interest and initiatives to internationalize psychology education among several national and international organizations.  The sources of information are still very scattered and not easy to access.  Interest to be informed about current state in this field around the world.  This was the purpose of development of InterTOP website: ◦ Resource on the teaching of psychology from international perspective (

InterTOP network as a resource of information about internationalization of psychology education:  an informal network of scholars, instructors, educational leaders from around the world;  intended to facilitate the international exchange of information, experience, and ideas;  at all levels of education (pre-degree, undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate), from different educational settings (schools, colleges, institutes, universities, and professional schools);  provide opportunities to discover different resources available throughout the world for teaching and training in psychology.
