Things I need to know Qualification Your Awarding Body is VTCT Main delivery of the course is over a period of 10 weeks,2hrs delivery per week OR 4 days intensive training, 6hrs daily delivery. Near the end of your course you will be asked to prepare and teach a 20 minutes Micro teaching lesson. You can appeal against an assessment you think you have achieved which has not been passed. This is called the CANDIDATE APPEAL PROCEDURE Appeals first go to the Internal Verifier (IQA) (Loretta Dickens & Teresa Mullin) then the External Verifier (EQA) from VTCT (Gerri Moore) My Assessors Unit 10 Is fully assessed during the course Micro-teach and peer feedback Reflective Journal Completed after every session Units 7,8,9 have written assignments to be completed after the unit delivery

What will I need to do to gain my qualification? You need to complete: All the units requested to achieve the award You need to complete all the Guided Learning Hours (48 hrs) The work packs as provided on Course Sites The Micro-teach (observations by assessors and witness testimony) listed in your log book A portfolio of evidence including a reflective journal and assignments Resources Text Books Work packs (Course Sites) Tutors Course Sites – lessons will be posted here if you have missed a class and any another resources found Other KM Training resources and training videos including
