Non - Profit Organization Pet Pal is a non-profit organization and rely solely on donations, bequests, and grants. They invest thousands of dollars on rehabilitating animals they rescue that are sick and injured. The adoption fee does not cover their actual out-of-pocket expenses for surgery, medication, food, etc. 6

Conclusion Their approach is unlike most other animal shelters, they do not accept any owned or stray animals. They have decided to concentrate most of their attention and resources on animals facing euthanasia. These are the animals that deserve a second chance at life and they make it their goal to provide that opportunity for as many pets as possible. 9
