2. Who We Are The Chilliwack Animal Safe Haven Society is Chilliwack’s newest animal rescue/shelter. We are a registered charity that was formed in February, 2003. Just months later, in July, we purchased property for the shelter and began renovations. We hope to turn 5 acres of our property into attractive housing for many dogs and hundreds of cats awaiting adoption. Our goal is to spay and neuter as many cats and dogs as possible in an attempt to control the problem of overpopulation.

3. About the Program The Business Sponsorship Program is a fundraising effort focusing on Chilliwack businesses. Business are encouraged to sponsor the Safe Haven’s operations by purchasing advertising signs that will be posted prominently around the facility. 100% of all funds raised will be used for the benefit of the animals. All staff members are volunteers and receive NO REMUNERATION so that all monies work for the animals.

4. Your support of the Safe Haven will also benefit YOU! Benefits to You Your sponsorship will be recognized in local newspapers. As an advertisement, 100% of your support is tax deductible. Your advertisements will be viewed by thousands annually.

5. Benefits to the Animals Your sponsorship dollars will be used to provide: additional housing so we can help more animals medical services including spay/neuter surgery adoption assistance grooming and preventative treatments lifetime residency for those not adopted daily care and human contact
