What is programme accreditation? A process of supporting institutions in the development of professional development activity and in recognising and providing a hallmark for that activity against a set of criteria

Process – for accrediting programmes and schemes Application from HEI programme team Accreditation advisor + one or two peer accreditors Negotiated, developmental engagement mediated through accreditation advisor Programme team complete mapping document Increased focus on discipline specific pedagogy Developmental visit(s) with team – to confirm
