Complete Employment Paperwork  Student Job Placement Form  Federal W-4 Form  Virginia VA-4 Form  I-9 Form  VA Employment Commission Form  Direct Deposit Form All required paperwork must be completed and turned into the Human Resource Office, located in College Hall. Human Resources will process the forms and notify the supervisor when the employee is eligible to begin work.
