LOOSE LINKAGE AMONG FARMERS IN ATWIMAN DIDA COMMUNITY IN THE ASHANTI REGION OF GHANA

INTRODUCTION Assessing the problem of loose linkage among farmers at Atwima Dida. Loose linkage is a situation whereby there is a lack of flow of information of communication among farmers.

MAIN OBJECTIVE The main objective of the project is to resolve the problem of loose linkage among farmers in Atwima Dida community.

ACTIVITIES 1.The farmers will be educated on the importance, advantages and the benefits of being in a farmer group. ADVANTAGES  to enhance feeling of collateral security.  To provide financial assistance.  Creation of cordial relation among farmers.  To improve the standard of living among farmers..

2. Farmers will be facilitated to form cooperative group or society.  Establishment of farmer group  Set- up committee  Rules governing the group.  Purpose of forming the group.
