Parents are online … Pre-requisite or Opposite? –Currently best district over 50%, but most are still around 10%! PC/SC – Should not just be a casually used application – it should be your Admin “Facebook” with Parents/Students!  It is critical that all user groups are online with PC/SC?  Web Forms STU.328  Looking for online approval/signature on forms rather than paper!  Directed to just the intended audience – not necessarily to everyone  Reporting and auto- based on response/lack of  Incredible potential to reduce 1000’s of pieces of paper and management of it!  Definitely could be a reason to put the horse before the cart..
