Boisnard at CW4 in Marseille june 2003 Decided by SC11/CW5 in Berlin on December 9th 2003 “ Concerning the drift of the orbital plane, the SC agrees to study this possibility, enlarging the flight domain of the ascending node from 14.5 degrees to 6.5.
